1. Acceptance
By accessing this website or downloading, installing or using Eudora QuickMail, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or software.
2. Open-source license
QuickMail is made available under the MIT License. The license governs your rights to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense and sell copies of the software. If these terms conflict with the MIT License regarding those rights, the MIT License controls.
3. No paid service or support commitment
QuickMail is provided without charge. Dinámica Ingeniería is not providing a hosted email service and does not undertake to store, deliver, recover or back up your messages. Updates, maintenance, support and continued availability are not guaranteed.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your accounts, credentials, devices, backups and compliance with the terms and policies of your email, calendar and contact providers. You must use QuickMail lawfully and must not use it to infringe rights, distribute malware, send unlawful unsolicited communications or interfere with third-party systems.
5. Third-party services
QuickMail can connect to services operated by third parties, including mail providers, Google, Microsoft and Apple. Those services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, availability and technical limits. Dinámica Ingeniería does not control and is not responsible for third-party services.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT QUICKMAIL WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED OR COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY PROVIDER OR DATA SET.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE AUTHORS, COPYRIGHT HOLDERS, CONTRIBUTORS AND DINÁMICA TECH WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE, THE SOFTWARE OR THEIR USE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE. THIS INCLUDES LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, SERVICE INTERRUPTION AND INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how QuickMail and this website handle information. It forms part of these terms.
9. Intellectual property
The software license does not grant rights to Dinámica Ingeniería names, product names, logos or other branding except as necessary for truthful attribution. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
10. Changes and availability
We may change this website, the software or these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date. We may suspend or discontinue any distribution or website feature without notice.
11. Governing terms and contact
